Plot

A professional woman, Sherry, played by Jillian McWhirter, unexpectedly and happily discovers she is pregnant. While this is something she and her doctor husband (played by Arnold Vosloo) have been trying to accomplish, both begin having strange memories of the night conception occurred. Uneasiness grows to terror when both become convinced that she is, in fact, carrying something completely alien inside her.

The couple contact a UFO/Paranormal/Psychology college professor, played by Brad Dourif, who through the use of hypnotic past life regression technique takes Sherry back to the night she conceived.

They discover that Sherry was abducted by aliens and impregnated. The viewer goes through this sequence several times, and each time, it is discovered that Sherry is blocking parts of the event, or distorting them in an attempt to "understand" what is happening to her.
